David J. Reece, PE

As president and principal-in-charge of Reece & associates, inc., Dave brings more than 35 years of extensive experience in civil engineering design, project and construction management services to the municipal, commercial and industrial building market, in the Pacific Northwest.  


His project successes include more than 150 residential subdivisions, planned unit developments, and commercial site developments in Oregon. Work includes but is not limited to; storm drainage, sanitary, sewer, water distribution, grading and paving design projects.  Dave brings quality, continuity and effective communication to all clients.

Nancy Reece

Chief Financial Officer


Nancy is co-owner and founding member of Reece & associates, Nancy skillfully manages the financials, payroll, accounting functions and human resource departments at R&a. Nancy has developed and manages our customer invoicing system that itemizes the engineering work we do on your project, so you will always stay apprised of your project's progress.  


Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oregon State University.

Michael Riccitelli, PE

Engineer & Project Manager


Michael has been involved in all aspects of civil engineering for more than 20 years. Michael’s engineering work includes designing and drafting of roadways, water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure as well as providing conceptual and final layouts for subdivisions and commercial centers. As a project manager at R&a, Michael is responsible for commercial and residential land development designs and permit approvals. Michael works closely with local officials, surveyors and contractors to expedite permitting approvals and ensure project construction schedules are met with the least amount of difficulty.  With a focus on the environment, Michael looks to design improvements which blend seamlessly into their natural surroundings, adding value to the projects he oversees.


Michael has been a registered professional engineer in Oregon since 2006

Eric Scott, PE

Engineer


Eric designs water distribution and wastewater systems at R&a. Eric has managed construction of 300,000 gallon per day microfiltration water treatment facility, construction of storage tanks and distribution systems and has considerable experience with on-site wastewater treatment and disposal as well as larger commercial/ municipal wastewater treatment facilities, sanitary collection systems and effluent disposal facilities. He has been responsible for coordination of site suitability studies and design of large commercial and municipal systems.

Hayden Wooton

Planner


Hayden Wooton  Is ready to assist you with all your civil site planning needs.  Site plan applications, project permitting and code awareness are his specialty.   His attention to detail and tireless dedication to studying local, state and national regulations  make him a major asset on our team.  Hayden  ensures our drafters and engineers have the most current standards for design, which then allows our office to work efficiently and accurately.  Hayden is available to work closely with our clients and ensures the often overwhelming  paperwork  process is sorted and submitted in a organized and timely fashion.


Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from Portland State University.

Arlene Vasquez

Project Designer


Arlene has been with R&A since 2002 and is our resident expert in computer aided drafting and design.  Arlene's vast experience combines all aspects of site design including:  storm water management and site grading, sanitary sewer design, street and parking design with vehicle flow analysis and waterline design.  Arlene can digitally test proposed waterline designs using a dynamic modeling system, HydrauliCAD, for in depth analysis of distribution before the plan goes to construction.  This process is important to ensure successful water distribution and pressure, especially when large grade changes effect a site. 


Arlene holds an Associate of Applied Science Drafting and Engineering Graphics Technology with a certificate in Civil Engineering and Technology from Linn Benton Community College

Kimberly Riccitelli

Project Designer


Kim works in project management and assists with civil drafting for projects as needed.  Kim's design background helps ensure documents created at R&a using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam PDF editing software  are clear, readable and well-organized.  Kim is knowledgeable in Microsoft Projects Professional and manages our company Gantt charts to ensure all our jobs running smoothly.



Kim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois as well as an Associate of Applied Sciences Drafting and Engineering Graphics Technology from Linn Benton Community College.

Rachel White

Project Assistant


Rachel does everything.  Chances are when you stop by our office, or call on the phone, it will be Rachel's friendly voice that directs you to the help you need.  Rachel assists with our bookeeping, mailing, plan submission and just about everything that keeps the R&a office running.
